This is a communication platform for all of our members. Be sure to check back from time to time to get the latest scoop on all that ROAM is doing or planning to do. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.
One of our most frequently asked questions comes from walkers wanting to know how to make the transition from walking to running. If this is you, try out our WALK TO RUN PROGRAM. For those of you who are on a mission to walk or run a 5k, try our 5K TRAINING SCHEDULE.
We'd love to hear from you as well. If you have any questions, comments, news, or tips, feel free to submit them via our contact form, and we'll respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

If you’d like to join us, please send an email to Stacy@ROAMinLouisville.com.

ROAM celebrates 5 year anniversary!
ROAM celebrated its 5 year anniversary by planning a ROAM Reunion & Recruitment 5k Run/Fitness Walk on 1/2/2010. The event thrived on a cold, wintery day, and could not have been made possible without the teammates, friends, and family members of ROAM. It was a successful fundraiser to help with the expenses of the application process as ROAM pursues 501(c)3 status. Look for more ROAM races in the Spring/Summer of 2011.
